Parent Login Process

Access your Account and Login

Logging in to Firefly allows parents to access information about their child and their learning. To do so, use the instructions below.

Access Firefly from myStPeters Portal.
Enter your Parent LoginID (e.g. 122345@stpeters.qld.edu.au) and password.

Click on the link to Firefly

If you are experiencing difficulty related to your Parent LoginID and password, you may need to reset your password to access your account. Reset your password: Step 1. Access mystpeters.com website and enter your Parent LoginID (e.g. 122345@stpeters.qld.edu.au) and click Next. Step 2: On the screen you will be presented with the option to enter your Password OR you can select the 'Forgot my password' link (shown below). Please select the link to process the password reset procedure. Contact It Support for further assistance with account access for the Community Portal. For emergencies call IT Helpdesk on 33776253.
