Conditions of Sale/Returns New Items

Purchasing:

· Food, books or bags NOT permitted in Shop45

· Students cannot access Shop45 outside designated breaks without a signed purple slip from a staff member

· All uniforms must be paid for at the time of purchase

· Receipts are processed at time of purchase for the custome to retain

Exchange or Return

We do understand that sometimes products may not suit your needs and you may need to exchange for a different size or require a refund. We are happy to exchange your items for alternative sizes or refund at your request. You will need to retain your original receipt to receive this service.

Please ensure we receive your returns within 6 months of the original purchase date.

We must receive your items in original condition which includes the following:

  • All tags attached
  • Items must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way
  • Original cash register receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition

Faulty Products

Should any item purchased from Shop45 be faulty, we are happy to return the item to the original supplier for inspection. If the supplier deems the item to be faulty, the supplier will notify Shop45 to either replace the item or if this is not possible provide you with a full refund at the purchase price.

Shop45 will notify the customer by email or phone of the decision made by the supplier.
