How to Use My Student Account

    The process

    1. Access My Student Account  from either myStPeters or on the Community Portal.

    2. Login - use your ID number and password.

    3. Select the My Student Account link or tab.

    Add Funds to the Account

    Add funds to the account. 

    Additionally, once you have added money to the account, you may need to distribute the amount to other accounts (e.g.  for printing using PaperCut).

    1.  Select the arrow to see the accounts and options.

    2. Select the amount to distribute to the specific account.

    Account Operations

    Adding funds to an account – Go to Account List on the left hand side, press the button on the right hand side next to the account you wish to top up, then follow the prompts.

    Viewing transactions history – Go to Account List on the left hand side, press the button on the right hand side next to the account you wish to view the history, then follow the prompts.

    Transfer funds to an account - Go to Account List on the left hand side, press the button on the right hand side next to the account you wish to transfer from, then follow the prompts.

    Low Balance Notification - Setting the point when you want to get an email advising that an account is about to run out of money. Go to Account List on the left hand side, press the button on the right hand side next to the account you wish to set a low balance prompt, then follow the prompts


    Create an Online Order 

    To place an order

    1. Select   “Online Orders”,

    2. Go to  Account List  and select the account you are placing an order for.

    3. Create your order (enter date, details etc).

    4. Finalise with your payment

    Payments can be made By Credit Card over the Phone using the My Student Account Automated Phone System. The Phone number is 1300 884 668. You will need your Student’s 13 Digit Account Reference Number to use this service. You can find this number on the Accounts list Page next to your Student if you have already setup an Student. If you don’t know this number then it can be found in the information letter to parents from the School or by calling My Student Account Support Desk on 1300 369 783.

    Credit Card Payments are available to spend at the School within 30 minutes however BPay Payments take up to three Banking Days to register at the School and be available to spend. BPay Payments are Bank to Bank Transfers and Banks only communicate once a day at 6pm (Sydney Time). If a Bpay payment is made at 7pm on Friday night as an example the funds would not be available to spend at the School until Thursday the following week. If made at 5pm Friday the Funds would be available on Wednesday. Banking Days are Monday through Friday. It is advised that Parents that use Bpay set a higher Low Balance Alert to cover the extra days processing. My Student Account BPay info can be found within the Web Portal by clicking the Account Number of a student on the main Accounts List page.

    The Web Portal holds 90 Days of transactions. If you want a complete History ask your student to speak to the Main School Office and they can print one out for you.
