What if it is not working?

Have you checked?

  1. Check your iPad is up-to-date with the iOS and apps (and you have the Firefly for Students app)
  2. Use the Chrome app when not using the Firefly app (rather than Safari).
  3. Shut down and restart or Soft Reset (Apple Instructions)
  4. Report your issue to your teacher.

Consider making a recording of what is happening or show your teacher.

What if my apps don't work?

1. Close and re-open the app

Double tap on the app and swipe it to close. You can then re-open the app to see if this has rectified the problem.

2. Uninstall the app

If you are still experiencing difficulties, uninstall the app and then reinstall.
