Uniforms

Uniform at St Peters symbolises our school culture, spirit and traditions. We expect the St Peters student body to make a full commitment to their contribution to the College through their tone and dress standards. The College prides itself that all students have the ability to learn and develop a wider understanding of self at St Peters. It doesn’t need individual clothing for us to see the vibrant personalities and individual gifts that they all have to offer. Parents are required to support the wearing of uniform with pride and respect, as an identity for our student community and all its members who wish to have a sense of belonging.

All regulation St Peters Uniforms are compulsory wearing as pertaining to the relevant activity or season. Regular checks of uniform and hats are carried out by classroom and pastoral care teachers.

Students are expected to wear their uniform correctly and with pride, this includes out of school times when in the public view.

Images of students in uniform should not be posted to social media sites (including but not limited to Facebook and YouTube) unless the image was taken at an official College activity.

Exemptions to this uniform policy should be submitted in writing to the Head of Springfield, Head of Secondary or Head of Primary.
